'QuietFootHill emerged from a vision: to share genuine Neapolitan pizza with the residents of Rome. The Bianchi family, who began our establishment in 1985, initially operated it as a humble locale with deep-seated family recipes that have been passed through the ages.
Our progenitor, Marco Bianchi, mastered the craft of pizza-making from her extensive explorations in Italy, receiving mentorship from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was originally conceived. After her journey back to the UK, she set out to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, staying true to age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
Starting as a quaint pizzeria with only 12 seats, we have become an esteemed neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to superior quality and the old-world charm of our pizza remains steadfast. We adhere to traditional wood-oven baking methods, prepare our dough freshly every day, and are meticulous about ingredient selection.
To this day, 'QuietFootHill' is still nurtured by the hands of the Bianchi family, with the second generation now steering our zealous team. Despite some modern enhancements, we have retained the core of our business: crafting delectable, genuine pizza that facilitates community and connection.
